Q: Why is the starting location a secret?
A: The events attract a lot of people. It is important that there is enough physical space for the party, and so that guests are able to take advantage of the exclusive benefits of the event.

Q: What are the bars like?
A: Events begin in bars with a relatively calm atmosphere, and then increase in intensity.
Q: Is there transportation between the venues?
A: No. With venues so very close to each other transportation would use more time than walking. Some guests, however, take it upon themselves to hire a limousine to drive them around a bit before the crawl and then bring them to the first bar.
Q: How many others will be attending?
A: As many as we can fit, though we do have a limit.
Q: What time does the last club close?
A: 4:00 AM (and sometimes later).
Q: What time do we arrive at the last venue?
A: Approximately midnight.
Q: How far do we walk between bars?
A: The venues are very close to each other. Each is within a few minutes walking distance. About 3 minutes or less.
Q: Can I arrive late to the event?
A: We have a tight schedule to follow. Please try to arrive no more than 20 minutes late.
Q: Is there a dress code?
A: Neat fitting, trendy attire is good. No athletic shoes, hoodies, shorts, flip flops, tank tops, or baseball caps. PCNY is not responsible for denied admissions due to inappropriate attire.
Q: Should I tip the bartenders for my drinks?
A: This is important. While technically optional, here it is customary to tip for every drink, even for average service (unless of course they are rude to you first). Please understand: in the U.S., bartenders and servers salaries are determined by the customers, and not the restaurant/bar.
Q: What kind of free drinks/specials do we get?
A: We get exclusive “pub crawl only” drink deals that vary by location such as: complimentary drinks, a free shot with every drink, and buy one get one free drinks!
Q: Is there an age restriction?
A: You must be 21+ to enjoy this night out. Definitely bring ID. Laws regarding ID’s are very strict here.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours prior to the event in order to receive a full refund. Bookings created within 48 hours of an event are non-refundable.
