A: Early Bird tickets are simply discounted General Admission tickets available to those who purchase in advance. They include the exact same access, benefits, and experience as General Admission.

Q: Why is the starting location confidential?

A: This is for both quality control and crowd control. Check-in location details are included with the ticket confirmation email.

Q: Is this good for solo travelers?

A: Absolutely! It is very rare to not have solo travelers in attendance.

Q: What are the bars like?

A: Events begin in bars with a relatively calm atmosphere for registration & meet-and-greet, and then increase in energy as the evening progresses.

Q: Is there a dress code?

A: Yes! Dress to impress in neat fitting, trendy/upscale attire. Absolutely no: athletic/active attire or footwear, hoodies, shorts (men), flip flops/sandals/flats, tank tops/singlets, or baseball caps. Men: Long pants/trousers only (no shorts). PCNY is not responsible for denied admissions due to inappropriate attire.

Q: Is there transportation between the venues?

A: No worries. All venues are within easy walking distance.

Q: How many others will be attending?

A: As many as we can fit, though we do have a limit.

Q: What time does the last venue close?

A: Alcohol can be served until 4:00 AM in NYC.

Q: What time do we arrive at the last venue?

A: Approximately 12:00 midnight.

Q: What if it is raining or snowing? ☂

A: Guests are encouraged to check the weather forecast beforehand, and prepare accordingly.

Q: Can I arrive late to the event?

A: Unfortunately late admissions can not be accepted.

Q: What kind of free drinks/specials do we get?

A: We receive exclusive “pub crawl only” drink deals that vary by location such as: complimentary drinks, a free shot with your drink, and buy one get one free drinks!

Q: Is there an age restriction?

A: Attendees must be 21+ to enjoy this night out. Bring valid ID, regardless of age.

Q: What is the cancellation/refund policy?

A: Cancellations and refunds: General Admission ticket cancellations may be requested no later than 48 hours prior to the event date (12:00am local time) in order to be eligible for refund. All “Early bird” ticket sales are final, and non-transferable/non-refundable. Within 48 hours of the event date (12:00am local time) all ticket sales are final, non-transferable/non-refundable.
